Former Monticello Resident to Lead L.R. Choir at Sr. Center, Wednesday

Former Monticello resident, Shirley Sims, will be back in Monticello, Wednesday, but she won’t be by herself.

Ms. Sims will be leading the Sr. Adult Choir from South Highland Baptist Church, as they sing at the Monticello Sr. Citizens Center, near City Park.

The choir’s program is scheduled to start at 10:30 a.m., according to center director, Barbara Abston.
