Fire Dept. Fun Days, Collins-Cominto F.D. Visits Wolf Creek Camp

Recently, volunteers from the Collins-Cominto fire department performed a good deed for the campers at Wolf Creek Baptist Camp.
They used to their equipment to provide “outside showers” on a very hot day, and also made an “industrial slip and slide slide” for the campers to enjoy.
The firemen and the youngsters enjoyed the days together, and who knows, 20 years from now one of the campers may return the favor by being a firefighter helping out the campers of the next generation.
That is a good example of “good community relations.”
