The Monticello Fire Dept. had a busy day, Thursday, responding to 4 different calls.

The first call came in around 11 a.m., and sent them out to the Monticello High School.

The school fire alarm was sounding, and the building had been evacuated.

There was no fire, but the Fire Dept. went out as a safety precaution, and also hope to help silence the fire alarm.

The security company shut the alarm off, and everything went back to normal.
