According to Lt. Jason Akers of the Tenth Drug Task Force, Agents arrested a Drew County man for a felony prescription drug case Wednesday.

According to Akers, Johnny Ray Dolan, age 42, of Ladelle was arrested by Agents at his home after a warrant was issued for him for Attempting to Obtain a Controlled Substance by Fraud.

The arrest warrant affidavit alledges that Dolan attempted to pass an altered prescription at a local pharmacy where the amount of medication to be dispensed was altered.

Dolan was transported to the Drew County Detention Facility where he was booked in and is awaiting a first judicial appearance.
