Father & Son Arrested For Assaulting Officer

Carl C. Baker, born 1963, and his son, Steve Baker, born 1985, were both arrested Wednesday night and charged with assault of an officer.
The older Baker was also charged with hindering apprehension, and will probably face several misdemeanor charges.
The younger Baker faces charges of aggravated assault, assault of an officer, and felony fleeing. Steven Baker was stopped by police in Bradley County, and will likely face charges there, due to a physical altercation with their authorities.
Bonds for both men were set at $10,000.
