First-time freshmen who have applied for admission to the University of Arkansas at Monticello and plan to attend during the 2007 fall semester may pre-register for classes July 17-18, according to Mary Whiting, director of admissions.

The opening session on both days will begin at 12:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center. A session for parents will be held in conjunction with registration to provide information about financial aid, residence life, information technology, student programs and activities, and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

New fall transfer students who have completed the admissions process may pre-register July 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
