It is absolutely unacceptable that emergency services cannot directly contact Entergy for emergency purposes. Not for lights out calls but when a line is on a car or threatening life and property, their should be a direct line to someone local.
yes the storm was unexpected, but it is also South Arkansas and we have storms. That is not a surprise to anyone. Come on, giving an excuse that the storm was unexpected is like saying you didn’t know it was going to be hot in Arkansas in August.
