For a “Homemade Breakfast, like Mom used to make,” visit the EHC Ladies Kitchen at the County Fair.  Your home cooked breakfast will include sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy,and all the trimmings, served from 9-11 am.

Lunch starts at 11 and supper closes at 9 pm, and stay open all afternoon.  The EHC menu includes red beans and rice and homemade chili, as well as burgers, dogs, nachos and Frito pie.

Don’t forget the homemade pies (chocolate, coconut and lemon), by the piece or by the pan,
