The Effie E. Brooks Civic Club will sponsor the first Rosebud-Nicholson Pageant at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 15, at the Monticello Intermediate School auditorium.

The pageant is named in honor of Dorothy Nicholson, former club member and program leader.

Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children.                                                                          

The contestants are Jada Trotter of First Baptist, Corinne Ridgell of Pilgrim Rest, Sasha Tucker of Holmes Chapel, Kaylyn Smith of Morning Star, Trinity Lambert of Greater Shady Grove- Wilmar, Kiya Simmons of Trinity, Ania Washington of Zion Hill, Eboni Farmer of Metropolitan, Rachel Junior of Promise Land-Lacey, and Sydney Daniels of Bethel- Fountain Hill.

Everyone is invited to come out and support the program and contestants and enjoy an evening of dance, talent and fashion.
