Early Morning Wreck on 35 South

Around 7:30 Wednesday morning, this dump truck was traveling east, as it met an oncoming truck that was turning north.
As the driver of this truck scooted over to allow the turning truck room, the truck ran off of the highway and overturned, spilling the load of dirt that it was hauling.
The Drew County Sheriff’s Dept. worked the accident, and Triple A provided the tow. The driver was transported to Drew Memorial Hospital.
