Dope, Money, & Guns Taken in Search Warrant

According to Drew County Sheriff Mark Gober, a search warrant in Winchester conducted on December 8th resulted in the arrest of Sam Kinney, Jr., age 46, and Norman Spencer, age 31, both of Winchester.
Spencer was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana drug paraphernalia and several weapons. Kinney is being charged with the possession of approximately 2.5 pounds of marijuana. Both subjects will likely be charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
Both Spencer and Kinney’s bond was set at $25,000. Both men bonded on December 10th.

Thank you Sheriff for trying to make a differents in the lives of our grand kids. keeping dope off the streets in Drew County is a full time job. Sheriff you have a tough job, and your deputies do a great job. Keep up the Good work, finally we have a sheriff office that works hard to keep us safe. there have been great Sheriffs in the past and Mark Gober is one of them.
