Robert Stamps, who was arrested last week, as a part of the 20 person drug sweep, was arrested again this morning.

Stamps, according to Monticello Police Dept. Sgt. Larry Smith, was shooting a gun out of the front door of his residence.  Neighbors called the police, who after a physical struggle with Stamps, arrested him, and charged him with carrying a weapon, discharging a firearm within the city limits, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

Stamps is currently being held in the Drew County Detention Facility.
