According to Lt. Jason Akers of the Tenth Drug Task Force, a Monticello Man is facing Delivery of marijuana charges after being arrested at his home last Thursday.

Gary Stuart Ferguson, age 26, of Monticello was arrested at his Bolling Street residence on an arrest warrant by Drug Task Force Officers as well as Monticello Police.

Agents and Officers served the arrest warrant at Ferguson’s residence and obtained consent to search the residence from Ferguson. A set of digital scales was located inside the residence as was a other marijuana related paraphernalia.

Bond was set in the amount of $1500.00.
