Jerry Don Daniels, of Wilmar, was recently arrested by the Drew County Sheriff’s Dept. and charged with residential burglary and theft of a firearm.

His bond was set at $75,000, during his first appearance hearing.

At the time of his arrest, Daniels was on probation for similar charges from last year.

Daniels had been sentenced to 3 years probation for the earlier charge of theft of a fire arm.  The earlier burglary charged had been nolle prossed.
