Attention landowners.  Soil and water conservation is challenging work.  If you are interested in running for a position on the Drew County Conservation district board of directors, you should be a registered voter, own land and reside in the district, submit a nominating petition by Jaunary 31.

Nominating petitions are available at the district office at 419 West Gaines Suite 3, Monticello.  Or you may call 870-367-8400 ext. 3.  Also, you may write to Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, 101 East Capitol Suite 350, Little Rock, AR 72201 to receive a nominating petition.
