Attention:  Landowners!

If you are interested in electing directors for the Drew County Conservation District Board, this is what you should do:

Be a registered voter;

Own land in the district

Vote for the candidates of your choice
 
The election will be today, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Drew County Conservation District office, 419 West Gaines Street, Suite 3 Monticello.  This office is located in the USDA Service Center.

Three positions are open.  Candidates are Frank Appleberry, Donna Francis, Mar Miles, Edward Schenk, Eric Stevens, and Dwight Witcher.

Absentee ballots are available.
