Drew Central Kindergarten had a Thanksgiving Feast to end their Thanksgiving thematic unit. The students dressed up as Indians or Pilgrims and ate their Thanksgiving Feast. 

The week consisted the students preparing their costumes by either painting their Indian vest or making their pilgrim hats.  The students also cooked their own Pilgrim stew and made fruit salad.  For their cornbread, the student took whipped cream and shook it until it made butter.  

The students really enjoyed their re-enactments of the first Thanksgiving Feast.
