TUTORING
After school tutoring will begin Wednesday, due to faculty meeting Tuesday afternoon. The morning session will be from 7:15 to 7:45 and afternoons from 3:15 until 5:30.

ATTENTION STUDENTS - JOIN FBLA ! Deadline Friday, Sept. 5th
Mrs. Birch will have a meeting in her room during homeroom Wednesday for any interested business (present or prior) student that would like to join FBLA. Dues are $10 and the Fall Leadership Conference registration fee is $15. Be prepared to pay these fees before or during the meeting. Deadline to join and pay registration fee for conference is Friday, September 5th.

CHESS
The University of Arkansas - Monticello Chess Club would like to invite all interested high school (and younger) students to play chess with us on Wednesday afternoons from 3:30 until the last person leaves. The club meets in Room 316 of the Babin Business Center on the UAM Campus. Beginners are welcome. We like to teach. Just bring an interest in chess and a desire to learn. Of course, experienced players are also welcome, and if there is sufficient demand, we might organize a tournament. We will provide boards and sets, but feel free to bring your own if you choose to. PARKING REMINDER
Students are not allowed to park in the back parking lot.

ATTENTION D-HALL STUDENTS
Students that have Detention Hall and want to eat lunch MUST turn their lunch number and time (A or B) into Mrs. Colbert before the beginning of 4th period. If she does not receive your information, you will not get to eat lunch.

ATTENTION OEC STUDENTS
Students who ride the bus to OEC need to be on the bus at 12:40 every day.

All girls and boys 7TH - 12TH grades interested in cross country please see Coach Mathews during your lunch in room 124!

COUNSELOR’S CORNER You may purchase your parking permit in the Counselor’s office. The cost is $5.00, you must have proof of insurance and driver’s license.
