This photo shows 8 marijuana plants that were confiscated Tuesday from behind a home on Midway Route.

Jay Houston Foster, age 24, and Jamie Eason, age 22, of the same Midway Route address, were arrested at the scene by the Drew County Sheriff’s Dept.

Both Foster and Eason have been charged with possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
