Double Drug Arrest by DTF

According to Lt. Jason Akers of the 10th Drug Task Force,Barry Sipes, age 46, and Steven Scogins, age 44, were recently arrested by Drug Task Force Agents after agents witnessed what they believed to be a methamphetamine sale in the parking lot of a local business.
Both Scogins and Sipes were charged with Delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and received first judicial appearance hearings.
Scogins was on bond at the time of his arrest for a separate criminal offense in Desha County.
