The pending charges against former Monticello fire chief, Curtis Donaldson, have been severed into 3 separate cases, according to Drew County Circuit Court records.

Donaldson has been accused of 3 counts of second degree sexual assault, involving 3 different women, at different times and different locations.  Court records state that they will be heard as differentcases.
