James Waldrup, of Dermott, was arrested this week and charged with breaking & entering, theft of property, and residential burglary.

According to Det. Rick Rausch of the Drew County Sheriff Dept., resident of a home on Cominto road were returning to their residence around 6 p.m. Monday, and saw Waldrup as he was walking out of their home.

Waldrup was on parole at the time of his arrest, and also has charges pending out of Chicot County on unrelated charges.

He is currently in the Drew County Detention Facility.
