Dentist Terri Eubanks, Moves Local Office, Joins Mainline Health System

An opportunity to aide a peer in need led Terri Eubanks, general dentist back to the small town where she began the practice of Dentistry 24 years ago.
In May , Mainline Health Systems, a Baptist Health affiliate approached Terri to see if she could possibly fill in for the Dermott Dentist who was on leave for health reasons. Terri and her dental assistant of 14 years agreed to help out 2 days per week in the Dermott Clinic. By summers end, Terri and her assistant were offered full time positions which they accepted.
As fate would have it, Terri’s lease at the North Park Village location where she had practiced since 1997, was up for renewal. In lieu of a new lease at North Park Terri decided to relocate the office to 534 West Gaines, a location that had previously been occupied as a temporary dental office by Alisa Hopper, DDS. With Terri’s new location came new hours and the same great staff.
The office is open Monday and Tuesday 8am-5pm.
Terri is very happy with the new location and her decision to practice dentistry in both Monticello as well as serving as a general dentist in a
Mainline’s community based rural health center, adding yet another facet to her 24 year dental career.
