DCSO Search Warrant Leads to Drug Arrest on North Oak St.
November 23rd, 2009 by Joe BurgessOn November 19, Drew County Sheriff’s Department deputies executed a search warrant at 435 North Oak Street in Monticello. Arrested at the scene was a 47 year old Monticello man,who was the occupant of the home.
Ronnie D. Junior was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. During the search deputies found what is believed to be approximately 8 rocks of crack cocaine.
Also at the scene was Johnny M. Streeter, age 58 of Fordyce. Streeter was found to be in possession of approximately .75 grams of marijuana. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Deputies transported Junior and Streeter to the Drew County Detention Facility where their bond was set at $2,500. Both have since posted bond.
