ATTENTION CROSS COUNTRY MEMBERS
The following Cross Country members need to return their uniforms to Coach Mathews: Andra Barnette, Catie Kulbeth, Anna Meyers, Aimee Garcia, Gregoria Garcia, Tyler Berryman.

PIZZA FOR SALE - Monday, Nov. 10th - Friday, Dec. 12th
TOT will be selling pizza after school for $1.50 per slice on the front porch starting Nov. 10th - Dec. 12th.

ATTENTION FCCLA STUDENTS - TODAY
The FCCLA fundraiser and District t-shirts are in, and students need to come by Mrs. Carter’s room to pick them up sometime today.

CLASS OFFICERS PICTURE’S - Today
Class officers’ pictures 8th - 12th grade will be taken today at the beginning of homeroom in the multi-purpose building.

SR. HIGH QUIZ BOWL PRACTICE - Wednesday, Nov. 19th
Sr. High Quiz Bowl will practice after school on Wednesday instead of Thursday in Mrs. Reeves’ room.

TWILIGHT MOVIE TICKETS - Pre-order by Wednesday, Nov. 21st
Students who want to see the movie Twilight on Friday, Nov. 21 at 4 pm at the Malco Theater should pre-order tickets by putting your name on the list located outside Mrs. Smith’s room by Wednesday! Tickets are $6.

CLUB PICTURES - Wednesday, Nov. 19th
TOT, FHA and the Spanish Club will have club pictures taken Wednesday, Nov. 19th at the beginning of homeroom in the multi-purpose building.

CAP MEETING - Wednesday, Nov. 19th
This month’s CAP meeting will be on Wednesday, Nov. 19th during 4th period.

PLAN TEST - Thursday, Nov. 20th
All 10th graders will be taking the PLAN Test on November 20th in the auditorium from 8 am until noon.

HERFF JONES - Monday, Nov. 24th
Herff Jones will be here on Monday, Nov. 24th to visit with Seniors about ordering announcements.
Hat Day EAST - Monday, Nov. 25th

Drew Central EAST lab will be putting on a “Hat Day” to raise money for their matching grant fund. It will be Tuesday, Nov. 25th, with tickets going on sale Monday, Nov. 24th during 7th period. The ticket will only be good for the 25th, . See Michelle’ Daniels or Courtney Stain for tickets. The price is $1 per ticket.
MERRY CHRISTMAS PAGENT - Dec. 14th

There will be a MERRY CHRISTMAS PAGENT, December 14, in the Earl Willis Auditorium. Entry forms are in the office . The proceeds go to help children on the ANGEL TREE.

YEARBOOKS !The yearbook staff has to decide if we will have a yearbook this year; so if you are concerned with continuing this tradition buy a yearbook NOW. The cost is $40. If we do not have 200 books sold by Dec. 19th we will be forced to cancel the yearbook. We have sold 80 books so far. Pickup a form outside Mrs. Parrish’s room.

COUNSELOR’S CORNER

Why should every 10th grader take the PLAN TEST ? The PLAN Test connects you with more colleges interested in you.

• You may purchase a parking permit in the Counselor’s office for $5.00. You must have proof of insurance and driver’s license.
• ACT packets have arrived. You may pick up one in the counselor’s office.
• You may apply for a $1,000 scholarship from the Arkansas Student Loan Authority, just go to the website www.asla.info/collegeplanning/woodruffscholarship.htm. You can enter for the $1,000 drawing and also apply for the R. Preston Woodruff Jr. Scholarship.
• Applications are in the Counselor’s Office for the Kiwanis Club Scholarship $750.00, You must have at least a 23 on your ACT. - Deadline is Nov 25th .
