Drew County Chief Deputy, Robin Hood, is shown here holding one of the five new bullet-proof vests that the Sheriff’s Dept. received Friday, as part of a Federal Grant supporting law enforcement.  The vests are “level 3-A” which is the top level of protection for officers.

Shown below, one of two new Samsung 10 mega-pixel digital cameras, that were also a part of the grant, that will be used in crime scene investigation, and documentation.
