Several Monticello residents made their way to the Cotton Bowl in Dallas to see the Razorbacks play Missouri on New Years Day. 
The photos here were provided by Robert Hargis of Monticello, shown here with Jennifer Mann formerly of Monticello.
Bearden’s High School Band was in the Cotton Bowl Parade.
Miss Arkansas was there representing the state.
The NFL’s all-time rushing leader, ESPN football analyst, Dallas Cowboy hero, and Dancing with the Stars celebrity, Emmitt Smith was the Grand Marshall of the parade.
