City Council Approves Bid for New Fire Station from Ideal Construction
October 19th, 2012 by iPhoneThe Monticello City Council, Thursday night, approved a resolution accepting bids for Ideale Cnstruction to build the new fire station at the Whaley location on Wood Street.
According to Mayor Allen Maxwell, the two low bidders on the project failed to include an exhaust system in the fire station bid, so the third lowest bidder who received the contract
Ideal’s bid was $1,137,000
