The Centers for Youth and Families in Monticello seeks to hire the following:
• RN’s and LPN’s PRN positions available – Requirements include: Valid AR nursing license, acceptable drug screen, acceptable background checks, valid AR driver’s licenseand the ability to supervise staff. Nurses are responsible for dispensing medication and fulfilling all nursing duties assigned. Competitive salary and benefits.
• Clinician position available for our Residential and Outpatient Treatment Programs – Requirements include:master’s degree of Social work, Psychology or related field and experience working with emotionally disturbed children and families. Must be a licensed mental health professional in the state of AR.
• Mental Health Technician Full time and Pool positions available –
Requirements include: high school education or equivalent, acceptable drug screen, acceptable background checks, valid AR driver’s license, computer skills, good decision making skills and the ability to multitask, while working with children and adolescents.

The Centers for Youth and Families residential facility treats 5-17 year olds who have serious emotional and behavioral problems and have not responded to outpatient services. Clients remain at the facility typically for 3-6 months. The children attend school with us, go on outings in the community, and participate in therapeutic passes with family.
