DC Pirates Playoff Parade Leaves Campus at 12:35, Friday.

Fans and supporters are invited to wish them well on their way to the state playoffs, by lining Highway 425, with signs and banners, to HWY 278, then turning west.

Monticello is hosting an Arkansas High School Rodeo at the fairgrounds Saturday and Sunday starting at 10am each day.

Kids 5th through 12th grade will be competing. Come support our Monticello kids!! Gate admission is $5, 6 and under free.

According to Monticello Police Department Chief Jason Akers, two  additional arrests have been made in connection with last Saturday’s (October 22,) fatal shooting of a Warren man. (more…)

The South Arkansas Mallards brought home the GOLD in the USSSA Super Select NIT tournament in Benton, recently, 5-0 for the tournament.

Seark Miracle League games Saturday morning 10-15-2022.  9am the Purple Legends take on the Blue Heroes.  10am the Green Champions take on the the Red Warriors.

The Billies beat, Hamburg, Friday night, 16-7.

The Pirates fell to Lakeside, 33–22.

The Weevils also lost to NWOSU, 26-23.

The Weevils return to Convoy Leslie Cotton Boll Stadium on October 8 as they host Great American Conference member Northwestern Oklahoma State University for the UAM homecoming game. Official kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m.
