Congressman Mike Ross was in Monticello Thursday, and attended a luncheon meeting with approximately 30 Monticello residents, including political, financial, and  community leaders.
Congressman Ross spoke breifly about topics related to energy prices, energy’s future, his recent trip to Iraq, and the new ethanol plants being built in Drew County.
