Capital Murder Triangle Underway All Week

The capital murder and kidnapping case from the March 14, 2014 shooting death of a Warren woman outside of a Monticello grocery store is underway at the Drew County Courthouse.
Jonathan Woods is facing either a death, or a life sentence, without parole for the kidnapping and capital murder of Samantha Poole.
Eleven jurors were selected, Monday, and jury selection for the final juror, and alternates is underway this morning.
Opening arguments are expected to begin at 1:00pm this afternoon.
