Burlington Bash 15 Year Old Champs

Monticello’s 15 year old Babe Ruth all stars won the 14-15 year old division of the second annual Burlington Bash Invitational Tournament held this past weekend in Monticello.
Monticello defeated the Pine Bluff Seabrook 15 year olds Friday night 8 to 6, and the Monticello 14 year olds Saturday 7 to 2.
In Sundays finals Monticello defeated Pine Bluff 7 to 3 to capture the championship. Hamburg, which finnished third lost to Pine Bluff on Saturday 6 to 1.
The Monticello 15’s will now begin Babe Ruth District play at Woodlawn on Saturday at 5:00pm against either Hamburg or Star City.
