Break-in Attempted at Donaldson’s Gun Shop This Morning at 4 a.m.
July 3rd, 2009 by Joe Burgess
Just before 4 o’clock this morning, 2 male juveniles broke out a front glass window of Donaldson’s Gun Shop on Westgate Drive.
The teenagers didn’t enter the building, but waited outside the building, appeantly listening for an alarm to sound. Police officers arrived within minutes, and soon the 2 youths were taken into custody, before being released to relatives.
Store owner, Curtis Donaldson, wanted to compliment the fast response by the Monticello Police Dept, as well as how quickly the vandals were taken into custody.
