Boil Order Lifted for Yorktown Water
Published by Joe Burgess September 5th, 2008 in Announcements.The Arkansas Dept. of Health has released the Yorktown Water Association from the boil water order that they have been under, effective immediately.
The bacteriological samples were found to be safe, and adequate pressures have been restored. A satisfactory disinfectant level has been established.
The water is therefore considered to be safe for human consumption, and the boil water order has been lifted.
