Blood Drive At Drew Central In Honor of Dennis Thurman, Wednesday
Published by Joe Burgess May 6th, 2008 in Drew Central News, Medical / Hospital.There will be a blood drive, in honor of Mr. Dennis Thurman, longtime Drew Central High School teacher, held Wednesday from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. Mr. Thurman was recently diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma.
The blood drive will be held in the Drew Central Band Room, and is being performed by LifeShare.
Mr. Thurman has been teaching for 39 years, and has been with Drew Central for 34 years.
