William Leslie of Monticello was selected this week to receive the   2024 H.U. Lee Memorial Foundation Regional Scholarship.

The region includes Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Tennessee.  Leslie is a student at the ATA World Headquarters school in Little Rock working to obtain his 3rd degree black belt and is a Legacy Level 2 ATA instructor.

He is the current ATA State Champion 2nd-3rd degree black belt in 18-29 yr. old men and is currently a freshman at UAM.
