A Monticello woman was very busy, Saturday, October 8, being arrested 3 times, on a wide variety of charges by the Arkansas State Police and the Monticello Police Dept.

Kareena Gold was first arrested by the Arkansas State Police; charged with Fleeing, Driving While License Suspended, Careless Driving, Ran Stop Sign, Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Failure to Appear.  Gold then bonded out of jail.

According to a MPD police report, when Gold arrived at home, she called police to report that 4 30-packs of beer and some gin had been stolen from her house.  While there, officers saw her attack a man in her front yard.  Gold was then arrested by Monticello Police, charged with Battery 3rd Degree, and Disorderly Conduct.  She then bonded out of jail again.

Around 9:30, that same night, MPD responded to a call of someone breaking out windows at a residence on E. Trotter Street.   Witnesses told the officers that they saw Gold breaking them out.  When officers went down the street to Gold’s residence, she wanted to show them the damage to her house, which they’d seen at their earlier visit.

Gold had a marijuana blount in her hand, and sat down on the couch to smoke it, but was arrested by the officers for Possession of Controlled Substance.

After arriving at the Drew County Detention Facility, (again), she was also charged with  Introducing Prohibited Articles in a Correction Facility.

Her first appearance was held Monday, and she has since bonded out of jail.
