Keeping your Restaurant Cooking

A “heads-up” class that will cover many of the common pitfalls that restaurants face, as well as the tools needed for survival.

The topics include;marketing, financial management, budgeting, and customer relationships.

This information will be useful in any size, type, or stage of restaurant ownership. 

The cost of the class is $35.

The class will be held Thursday, April 24, from 5-8pm, at the Monticello-Drew County Chamber of Commerce, located at 335 E Gaines St.
