Arkansas Extension Homemaker State Meeting

The AEHC State Meeting was held June 4-6, 2019 at the Hot Springs Convention Center. The theme BETTER TOGETHER consisted of he following Educational Classes: Take Your Meetings from Zero to Hero, Coconut Oil: Superfood or Super Fool?, Beekeeping, Hoarding, What Women Need to Know About Money, Beyond the Quilt Raffle-Raising Funds to Support the Extension Homemakers Program, Why Leadership is the Secret Ingredient, Hobbies, Yoga, Age-Appropriate Style, How to be Trendy Without Looking Ridiculous and Eliminating Stuff You Don’t Use.
There were also numerous Creative Skills Classes. We currently have nine EHC Clubs in Drew County. If you are interested in becoming a member please contact the Extension Office at 870-460-6270.
Those attending the State meeting were left to right: Karen Donaldson, Claudia Horton, Judy Murphy, Carolyn Bullock, Patricia Kulbeth, Brenda Chisom, Edna Baker and Hazelene McCray.
