The Arkansas Game & Fish Commission Weekly Fishing Report contained information about Lake Monticello this week.   Here’s what they said……

Lake Monticello: Greg Gulledge with Basshunters Custom Crankbaits said bass fishing on Monticello continues to improve. Some very nice bass have been caught in the last week or so on a variety of patterns. Bass are biting 10-inch worms and craw tubes fished in 12 to 20 feet of water. There is a topwater bite in the shallow water. Bass also are schooling a little in the afternoons and going for topwaters and Rat-L-Traps.
Lake Chicot: Bass Tracker Marine (870-265-5374) said all species are slow.
Grand Lake: Koenig Bass Tracker Marine (870-265-5374) said all species are slow.
