Advantages of SE AR., Inc. is seeking candidates for the position of Executive Director. The Agency currently serves developmentally disabled individuals residing in 14 Southeast Arkansas counties. The administrative office is located in Monticello, AR. The Agency consists of preschool centers in Monticello, Crossett and Star City, an adult skills center and Home and Community Based Waiver services in Monticello.
Minimum Qualifications: Education equivalent of a Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Special Education, Health Care Administration, Psychology, Sociology or other or Behavior Health field and 5 years of experience with services for the developmentally disabled. Supervision of a large staff is a must.
The position offers benefits, which include group health and life insurance, a cafeteria plan, and 401k plan.
