AM Racing’s store at Monticello Speedway has been broken into, and is offering a $500 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the people respnsible. 

The break in took place on or about last Sunday night or Monday night. This is the third time in two years the business has fallen victim to this type of crime.

The list of items that were stolen includes:

Three afco 5×16x150 , 5×16x175 , 5×16x200 springs , five cases of valvoline 60 wt. racing oil, several cases of lubrigard automatic transmission oil, several cases of shell full synthetic gear oil ,and many tires. HOOSIER TIRES as follow; late model tires WRS2 11×15x88, WRS2 11×15x90, WRS2 11×15x92, SPEC.P 11×15x88 D21, 11×15x90 D21, 11×15x92 D21, . IMCA G-60 19’s and 20’s. IMCA 500sport mod tires 26.5’s and 27’s.

These items have been confirmed as missing, until we are able to do a more thorough inventory and add to the list.

Each theft has been limeted to only taking specific items, so it is quite possible that the thieves are racers or work for racers.
