Monday, November 30th, the Yes for Monticello Legislative Question Committee will be hosting another public meeting to explain the Monticello Event Center project and answer questions voters may have on the project.
ICM Inc. (Independent Case Management) would like to start a photography club for young people with developmental disabilities.

At 8:30, Monday night, the driver of a southbound Ford Escape lost control of their vehicle on HWY 425, just north of the 35 intersection.

Mayor Zack Tucker will join local state forest festival officials December 1st to release a major announcement about the 2016 Arkansas Forest Festival.
The announcement will be at 1 p.m. on at Two Brothers Restaurant on the downtown square in Monticello.
During the week of Thanksgiving, as everyone is preparing for Thursdays meals, and Friday’s shopping, please remember that school is out for the holidays.
Monday, Dec. 7th at 7 pm in the Drew Central School Auditorium, the Drew Central Bands will present “A Hometown Community Christmas” Band Concert featuring the Beginner Band, 6th-8th Grade Band, and the HS Band.
We are collecting can goods for a local food bank and we will have door prizes between Bands to give away to audience members.
The Drew County Courthouse and Road Department will be closed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, November 25th , 26th , & 27th for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Schedule for TRASH PICK-UP is as follows:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday routes will remain the same.
Thursday & Friday’s route will be picked up Friday
