The Monticello Police Department, in collaboration with the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division, is actively investigating a deeply distressing domestic abuse incident involving a 1-month-old infant and the child’s mother.
On March 21st, MPD officers responded to a call regarding a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, they discovered a 1-month-old infant in critical condition, having sustained a possible brain injury as a result of the incident.
The Monticello Police Department and the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division are collaborating closely to thoroughly investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
