Advantages of Southeast Arkansas, Inc. has a Job Opening forFull-time Waiver Case Manager.
The Case Manager will carry a consumer case load that covers 14 counties in Southeast AR.
The position requires daytime travel and 24/7 coverage for emergency calls.
The waiver program serves children and adults with developmental disabilities. Primary job duties involve evaluations, needs assessments, assistance with obtaining all types of state assistance, behavior management, supervision of direct-care staff, training, and development of an integrated plan of care for persons served.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Rehabilitation, or other human service field, plus 2 years of experience in care coordination/management, plus 1 year of experience in supervision of staff.
