The court broke for lunch recess around 12:15.  The first witness was the 911 dispatcher,was working that night. Her testimony include playing of the 911 tape of the phone call reporting the death

The victim’s roommate took the stand next, describing the events, including when she was awoken by a gun shot, and found Mosher layingby the front door, after being shot in the head..

An AT&T representative was next, describing texts  that occurred and times they took place.

A very forgetful Corey Bell (who picked up Veasey shortly after the shooting occurred) took the stand next. Bell really did nothing but aggravate both attorneys, by not recalling most of the events of the night. Bell also could not remember where he dropped Veasey off at, after picking him up at the murder scene in his truck.
