State & Defense Both Rest in Murder Trial

A firearms expert from the crime lab was next, after court resumed from break.
She said that the shell case from the crime scene came from the same 380 auto (probably a High Point) that fired the shell casing that was found in the car.
At 11:05, the state rested their case.
The defense also rested their case, without calling a witness.
