Local Man Missing 1 Year, Today

After local law-enforcement, including the sheriffs department, OEM, rescue workers, friends, neighbors, and game & fish officers, along with Arkansas State Police helicopters, joined the search, a few personal items w ere found, but no scene of the missing father.
Barry Harmon’s information and description have been listed on all of the missing person and law enforcement databases, nationwide, with no results.
MLive spoke with Sharon Harmon, Barry’s mom who told us, “Barry is still missing, nothing new to report. We, his family, are still searching the woods for him.”
In an update, “A search team, Bridging the Gap,has contacted me, and plan to do another through search of the area. We will be asking for volunteers, when we have the date scheduled.”
“I would like to ask everyone that lives in the Coleman area, to check any ponds or old wells, in the area, or contact us, so we can.”
In closing, Ms. Harmon added, “Aside from asking for prayers that he will be found soon, I would like to thank you for all the help you have given our family throughout the past year.”
