The contractor has to preform according to the contract and referenced state law. Siemans cannot change what is specified in the contract without approval.
The city should not suspend the contract and lose all of our invesent! The bonding company may have to step in if the contractor has abandon the contract.
Who did the city have inspecting the project for the city on a daily basis.
I agree with love my town, the whole town is fixing to be a mess!!
